Luxury fashion house Chanel has a legal battle to trademark after officials fought against them in the Channel Islands, the word "Jersey" for her new fragrance.
The iconic French brand sought rights to the name because of its famous founder Coco Chanel made clothes jersey.
But island officials are concerned that under the name of the region to believe with a capital "J" lead buyer that the perfume was produced locally.
